I began Refresh Steam Cleaning and Restoration over 17 years ago; it was Factory Fresh then. I remember going with my parents to buy groceries as a young child and realizing how much it takes to buy $30 worth of groceries! I knew I wanted to build a business from then on. After high school, I began shadowing my neighbor who was also a steam cleaner and he taught me how to use the tools and products. I remember my first customer, we were both learning then! Now though, I’m happy to say that I am an expert in this field.

What I love about this business are the people that I get to work with every day. I enjoy, not only helping people throughout Arizona to bring their houses to the houses they know it can be, but also the education that we get to bring to our customers. We want you to know how to clean spots on your rugs, to remove stains on your upholstery, we want to empower you with the tools and resources to keep your house as tidy as you desire. Of course though, there will be a time for you to call us, and we will be here for you!
